Arrived at customer's house for drain issues. On arrival customer show me to air handler units. Put vacuum on drain and did not feel good suction. Yeah putting my finger in the drain I felt masamount of drain jelly. Vacuumed outline as best as I could with hot water behind it. Got air flow eventually. Suggested drainsolve to customer and customer agreed with recommendation. Treated line with drainsolve multiple times. Drain was heavily clogged. After letting drain solve sit in multiple times eventually got great water flow. Checked in with customer and customer was pleased with work performed. Collected payment and signature and left.
