Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival system was not cooling properly. Both units were running but not removing heat from the home. Outside I found that the refrigerant pressures were low and some hissing from the Schrader valve. Recharged system with a little over 3 pounds of 410A. Performed a soap bubble test on the evaporator coil and a quick leak search of the condenser with a sniffer. Checked over other electronics and motor components. Client is aware that we took care of her today by recharging the system and searching for the leak. If this happens again we will have to dig deeper with a whole system leak search or dye to pinpoint. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
