Arrived at Home for system not cooling. On arrival fan was running in air handler. Went out to condenser and nothing was running. Tested capacitor and capacitor was bad. Suggested customer change and customer agreed. Changed capacitor and system now running fine. Suggested a surge protector to prevent this from happening again and customer agreed. Installed surge protector and unit now running fine. Gave report to customers and customers happy. Suggested customer sign up with taps plan and customer agreed. Collected payment and signatures and left.
