Arrived at customers house they stated that the supply vent in the kitchen is leaking and that supply vent is almost directly below the air handler. They said there was somebody out here a month ago and replace the blower motor and that’s all they did. The tech told them to wait for their maintenance for somebody to come out to do the tuneup on it. Well it’s not the drain line it’s the drain pan. The drain pan is cracked. I cleared the drain and got a lot of stuff out of it but the issue is the drain pan, I took a bunch of videos and pictures but if they continue to run this unit it’s gonna continue to leak where the drain pan is cracked could not finish on the other system. It started raining got as much done as I could. They had 51° supply and 73° return system is cooling properly and draining but the crack drain pan is a problem.
