Unit shutting off due to float safety switch being activated. I cleared condensate drain line and got out some growth inside the line. And did a heavy solvent flush of the pvc. This issue may occur again due to a poorly ran pvc line. The exit point outside is being forced upwards about a half of a foot to a foot. If the issue persists I informed the customer we need to consider a redesign of the pvc letting the water flow at a correct pitch right outside instead of running underneath the ground. If we do a redesign we will have to drill through the concrete wall to run it properly.
