The technicians were courteous and did the installation in a timely manner. I am happy you guys were able to accomodate me in such a short period of time. My only complain was when I checked behind the filter after they were gone where the leaking with my old AC happened, it was not cleaned up. I clearly remember when the guy who came and gave me an estimation of the price of the entire unit explained to me what they were supposed to do in the installation and that’s to include cleaning and putting something where the water was dripping with the old unit. When I took out the filter, the basin which was put there by the other technician who came to checked the leakage over a week ago was still in there. I don’t think the installer bother to even check below. It was still so dirty and still damp.
