Upon arrival customer told me the AC was not working. Thermostat had batteries in it so it did not go blank. Mention the customer thermostat does not need batteries because if it flipped to safety it would shut off and she would know there’s an issue. So I pulled batteries out. Went into the attic and found emergency pan full of water that tripped the float In the pan. The primary does not have a float on it for safety. Recommend installing one. You shop vac and water to clear out drain with solvent. also cleared emergency pan with vinyl tubing. Recommend to customer to have a maintenance program that will include clear out the drain and check in all components and customer denied. Customer does not have an email that she would like to give us so please send customer hard copy of invoice. Thank you for choosing total air
