05/04/24 Connie had concerns of the outdoor unit turning on and off. Connie’s condenser fan motor has a rusted shaft and leaky seals and needs to be replaced. This would be the second same repair she’s had on the system. Capacitorv X until the system is up and running, and we can evaluate it. I noticed deteriorating, condenser coils, rusted suction line leading to the compressor. Due to age and condition of the system strongly recommend replacing the R 22 system.
