Arrived to look into thermostat issue. We installed the wrong thermostat during system replacement. The customer had already paid for a WiFi thermostat but hadn’t gotten one. I went and got one and installed the new thermostat and programmed it and got the customer set up with wifi and the app on it. While talking I recommended installing UV air purification. We installed this as well. Customer has signed up for and is now a TAPS Annual member. The system and thermostat are now operating correctly.
