Pulled blower motor wheel and housing out of air handler outside and used various different brushes to remove the caked on dust from the squirrel cage fins. After removing majority of the caked debris, I slid the blower motor wheel and housing back into The air handler and had the customer cycled the system on to verify that the fan was working properly. Once I was able to confirm that I had the customer cycled the system off and the fan did shut off properly. System is on and cooling at this time. Suggest to change filters every 30 days. Condensate line is flowing properly.

Arrived at customers house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler system. Open air handler system and saw unit was equipped with a UV light. Light was past suggested change date. Pointed out to customer and suggested we change. Customer agreed. Under evaporator coil was dirty. Fan was dirty. Suggesting an electronic air cleaning filter at air handler filter box. Filter box is 21 x 20 filter. Unit is producing proper delta T. no water is seen in overflow reservoir. Float switch currently working. Next went outside to condenser. Noticed condenser was not equipped with a surge protector. Opened electric cabinet and noticed components had been changed in the past. Pointed this out to customer and suggested a surge protector be installed. Customer agreed. Installed surge protector. Tested electric components inside condenser. Contactor sending proper voltage. Capacitor within acceptable range. Unit is starting up fine. Unit is equipped. With a hard start kit.

Completed member tune up visit #1. Cycled and inspected equipment. Found dual capacitor weak, contactor pitted, and air handler cabinet contaminated with bio growth. Customer approved all repairs and rescheduled work for later this afternoon. Left system in good working order for now. Returned andd installed a new dual capacitor, contactor, and pure air x. Left system in good working order.
