Upon arrival to quoted repair, I was showing to an air handling unit located in the garage space that needed a fan cleaning. Upon starting the cleaning, I noticed the evaporator coil and surround electrical components were pretty impacted with growth build up. I recommended to the homeowner that we do a complementary cleaning of the blower wheel and install a pure air XUV light system inside the A/H cabinet to negate the growth. This UV light comes with a complimentary cleaning of the evaporator coil as well. Fully sanitize the inside of the air handler cabinet, pulled out fan housing, disassembled and fully cleaned and sanitized the fan housing and fan. Wheel. Disassemble the rest of the air handler cabinet to clean the evaporator coil. Cleaned and sanitized the evaporator coil as well as cleaned and sanitized the entirety of the air handler cabinet. Reassembled the system and started the units in the cooling mode. System is operating very well in all modes at this time. Left the
