Maintenance 1 Performed maintenance on a Rheem heat pump split system. Checked all electrical components for proper volts and amp draw. All components are within factory spec. System refrigerant pressures are at the correct levels. Cleared the drain line. Home owner signed up for our maintenance plan. He also requested a UV system. I installed a pure x iv system. He would also like a EAC filter system installed. For EAC filter install, we will need a filter rack from Rheem. The rack will need to be installed between the return and return plenum of the air Handler. Office will contact home owner with a quote for this. Home owner would also like a quote on a mini split addition. Corey is scheduled for a visit between 10 and 12 tomorrow. System operating great at this time.
