Performed preventative maintenance on the system. Cleaned drain, checked filter, cleaned return grille, checked coils, tested/inspected electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, tested reversing valve operation, and tested operation of the system as a whole in both heating and cooling modes. I found that the run capacitor in the condenser was weak. Customer gave approval to change this out. He also has signed up for the TAPS Annual Membership. I ensure the system was operating after repairs. This system has 8 degrees subcool with a 19 degree TD.
