Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Thermostat given error code. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Checked thermostat wiring and air handler control board. Checked low voltage wiring in condenser. Unit installed by another company. Customer is not satisfied with that company. Bad low voltage wiring, needs to be replaced with 18/4 stranded wire that is designed for communication and plenum rated. Follow up to be replaced and repaired. Needs 50’ communication wire and 2-3hrs. Also discuss new membership and units to be performed preventative maintenance. 2/18/2022. Replace old thermostat wire with new 4/18 stranded communication wire. Termite all connections and checked operation. Set up WiFi for customer and checked unit operation. Unit setup and cooling at this time.
