Upon arrival to system no cool I was Shown to an air handling unit in the attic that had leaked a lot of water into the living space below. Upon further inspection, I found that both the primary and secondary drain float safeties we’re having intermittent issues and causing water to leak into the rooms below. Pulled out old float, safeties and replaced with new SS2 & SS3 float safeties. These are not the only spot that can cause potential water damage. There is significant damage done to the 8 inch supply run, leading to the laundry room that is causing water leakage onto the wood and insulation. There is also very significant damage done to the 14 inch main return duct, due to rodents. To be able to fully seal and replace damaged ducks, there would need to be some amount of rodent mediation done in the attic to ensure no more continuous damage After repairs are complete.
