Upon arrival checked systems electrical components, pressures, and drain line. Spoke to customer about membership renewal, emailed customer. System is in good working order at this time.
Upon my arrival I found the dual capacitor has failed, so I replaced it with a turbo 5 year capacitor. Got the system up and running. My delta T is at 19Â°, coil is clean. All my motors have a good amp draw. Refrigerant levels are good as well. I taped down the insulation on the pannel door to prevent it from getting sucked up into the blower assembly. The unit has a dirty filter and the customer is aware of it. I cleared out the drain line with coil cleaner and water. I loaded my pictures to service titan and left the system in proper working condition. I signed the customer to a year maintenance program with us.
