Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler unit and laundry room. Check inside of unit and saw UV light that was not working. Toggled the breaker and the light would turn on but not stay emitted. Got light information in case customer would like to search for bulb. Suggested he go with our pure air. Row estimate. Next month upstairs to York unit and checked out that air handler. That air handler had bio growth and 2 UV lights that were not working. Next went downstairs to condenser's. 1st checked the York unit and your unit was getting cool but not Keeping up well enough. Customer also had complaints about unit. Suggested he get consultation and customer agreed. Next I checked the Bryant unit and the Bryant unit was fine. Unit was keeping up. All pressures and readings were of acceptable range. Talked with customer about options for installation as far as add as Adam's. Waited for Kyle to arrive. Signed customers backup with annua
