Required Repairs: These are the minimum services required to get your system running today and does not include any recommended actions that I noticed. Upon arrival customer stated the system was old, he understands the unit needs to be replaced, and he doesn't want to replace at this time. Customer also stated air handler is in a tight attic and he has removed some water from the pan, the unit is draining fine, and I didn't need to check the air handler at this time. After inspection of condenser only found dual capacitor was weak. Customer approved dual capacitor and declined system replacement and membership. Installed a new dual capacitor and left condenser cooling at this time. Recommend: new equipment to age and overall condition of equipment.
