Maintenance 1 Checked all electrical components for proper volts and amp draw. All components are within factory spec. System pressures are at the correct levels. Capacitors tested ok. Vaccuumed drain line. Air Handler does not have a float switch on secondary drain port. This is recommended to provide a second line of defense if drain line backs up. Out door unit is unprotected from outdoor voltage. I recommend a surge protector to protect the equipment. Airhandler has bio growth in blower compartment. The unit should be cleaned and sanitized. A UV light should be installed to prevent grow from returning. System operating normally at this time.
