Our customer is concerned about the power bill that has increased in both of her apartments in the same building. After testing all parts and components as well as measuring amperages and voltages I found that the machine is operating properly and would not be the cause of the spike in the bill. I relayed this to the customer and she is now aware. I changed the customer supplied filter. I cleared and flushed the drain line with a vacuum and vinegar. At air handler, inspect all electrical components. Test amps and volts. Delta t measures at 20 degrees. A picture of the evaporator coil will be uploaded. I found heavy amounts of biological growth inside the air handler. I offered the customer options on resolving the issue. We talked about IAQ and the benefits. I will send estimates on solutions we offer attached in the invoice to refer to. At condenser checked pressures, temps, amps and volts. Left
