Complete compressor replacement. Remove all refrigerant from the system. Remove the old compressor and solder it shut. Install the new compressor and properly secure to the base of the unit. Pressure test the system to 300 psi to ensure no leaks. Run a vacuum on the system to ensure a clean line-set. Recharge the system with the recovered refrigerant. Cycle and inspect equipment. Left system in good working order.
