Ordered a standard service for a system functioning properly and under warranty Tech arrived and found a “bad capacitor”. Stated it required repair and charged hundreds of dollars for the service. Shortly after departure, system started operating inefficiently Next day the system was unable to maintain cool temps during peak usage Called again. They sent out another team who tried to convince me this was coincidental and likely due to the storms. They were unable to complete repairs and said it would likely be between $1500-3500 to fix and would be able to get back on Monday when the parts center was open There were some red flags to me. I called another company for a second opinion. The tech showed up and nothin minutes found the issue. The original tech installed the wrong capacitor and it was damaging my system. Repairs were made and it is now functioning properly. Definitely suspicious
