Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. Located the drain line safety float is tripped with water and has stopped the unit cooling. Collected all data tag information. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. The evaporator coil is clean and free of debris. Checked outside condenser unit and inspected electrical components. Unit is cooling well The drain line is clogged and needs to be cleaned and flushed. Recommend Taps membership to have annual preventative maintenance inspections on ac system and keep unit cooling properly all summer long. Recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and compressor unit. Customer has declined taps Membership at this time.
