Wow! From beginning to end I am impressed. The representative (Shama, I can't think of her exact name) was incredible. She listened and understood the urgency in getting a tech out today and worked her magic and did it for us! I was so impressed. Then David arrived later that evening. He was so thorough and found all the things that our HVAC was doing to cause our flooding. He went above and beyond and found a valve that was leaking which wasn't related but causing us issues with the quality of air we were getting. He educated us and gave us useful information, fixed our issues, verified others, taught us how to avoid issues, etc. David is a fantastic representative for your company, I have used others and they have never been as thorough I feel like I just threw away money with them but with David I was actually investing in and maintaining my HVAC which I NEED and LOVE to have because it keeps me happy all year round. David came this morning to tune up the 20 year old air conditioner for my 91 year old mother. After an hour of trying this and that and a trip to Home Depot for a part he just couldn’t make the old unit work one more year. He was able to clear his schedule and install a new unit TODAY.
