Sears warranty services referred me to Total Home Services for my annual furnace check- up and tune. Kendall and Johnny arrived w/i 24 hours of my call to your office to schedule. Kendall went through what appeared to be a more thorough inspection of our heating system, more so than what I remember of your inspection last year at this time. He also answered all of my questions as he went along, a credit to his patience. he advised me of an aging igniter, which I will deal with, and all of your Care Club Benefits, which I will discuss with my wife, Sheridan. replaced water filter housing on a Samsung refrigerator
I performed a furnace tune-up on a Rheem Classic Series furnace in Murray, UT. I inspected the burner assembly, cleaned the flame sensor, and checked the heat exchanger for cracks. The air filter was replaced, and the blower motor was lubricated. I also tested the thermostat for accurate calibration and inspected all electrical connections. After ensuring proper gas pressure and airflow, I ran a full heating cycle. The system is now operating efficiently, ready to provide consistent heat throughout the winter months.
