I have been a loyal customer for numerous years. Today we had a technican come to our home to rectify an issue with our boiler. He was a young man from Lawrence. He was extremley polite,respectful and intelligent. If you continue to hire technicians like him, your company will has a strong future. It's great to learn that your company is training individuals from poverished communities. Plenty of talented people they just need a chance. Again thank you he was a pleasure to meet.

Harry was able to assess and diagnosis the issue quickly. Townsend worked with one of their associate vendors to remanufacturer a piece of equipment--since a replacement was not available due to the age of the furnace. With a swift turnaround time and a service call that ran into the late hours of Thanksgiving Eve, we had heat restored before the recent cold snap. I appreciate Harry's courteous and expert service and would recommend the company to others. Thank you.

I wanted to write to share my experience with Townsend Energy. We are building a house in Essex and had some issues with the furnace ( Townsend did not install). Even though it was not their job they came out and addressed the issue and made sure it was ok. Mind you i couldn't get my own HVAC to get back in a timely fashion. In the "Real World" and NOT HGTV where everything seems to always work out construction is hinged on many moving pieces and parts. Well, the folks at Townsend from the service guys Matt and Rob, to many who installed the propane tank to Joe of operations i couldn't have gotten a better Teams of professionals that really wanted to do the 'Right Thing" . Being in the industry for over 35 years having someone take pride in their work has become increasingly rare. If you have any needs for HVAC I highly recommend the Townsend Energy Company

I am utilizing Townsend Energy for my oil as well as propane and HVAC. Recently I decided to install a generator and needed an additional propane tank and my propane line adjusted. Matt was extremely polite and courteous. He was well knowledgeable and took the time to speak with me and come up with a plan. Matt installed the new line exactly as we discussed. The installation did not take much time and he even went the extra mile to paint the pipe to match the house. I cannot say enough good things about Matt. I would give Townsend 5 stars except that there was a lack of communication at times as to when the service would be completed. But after speaking with Joe everything was taken care of expeditiously. I would recommend Townsend highly as they always have responded to my needs whether it be propane, HVAC or oil. All the technicians that have come to my house have been fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about them. I cannot member all the names but I do know Matt, Harry, Brad and Manny have been above and beyond. They make Townsend look good.
