Reviewed Bosch BBC-100 thermostat technical settings, with Bosch Technical Support . Recalibrated balance set point and switched to dual fuel operation. Confirmed heat pump and fossil fuel activation. Updated software version to 1.5.0
Serviced Buderus heating system with new parts and adjustments for the Riello oil burner. Tested combustion and stable operation.
Serviced basement and bedroom heating zones with new parts. Tested operations. Purged all zones.
Installed new 2nd floor circulator, pressure reducing valve, back flow preventer and main air vent head. Purged all zones.
Tuned up Buderus with new tune up parts . Serviced water issue and lubed power vent. Tested NoBurst anti freeze. Tested combustion emissions to factory specifications.
