As a new customer of Townsend Energy, the first 2 Townsend Employees I met and interracted with were the gentleman that installed the new tank and moved the old tank out of the way and then a day later when the delivery truck arrived to fill the tank. Both men were very professional and very pleasant. Both made a point of explaining everything they were doing and all the safety requirements needed when dealing with propane. The installer, Kevin, Arrived on time and set about doing the install, making sure everything was correct.. He tested for leaks and then adjusted everything and didn’t leave until he was sure we understood everything. A first class install. The delivery driver, David managed to get his truck down the tiny streets of Plum Island and got the hose into my yard while being careful to avoid damaging gardens or grass. Again, extremely professional and pleasant enough to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Both are Excellent Ambassadors, representing Townsend Energy to Clients..

Brian is very professional and knowledgeable . I requested him to fix my propane heater in my house as he has serviced them before for yearly maintenance. The heater needed an igniter, and Brian explained the entire job to me and ordered the part. Again, requesting Brian, he came back to service the unit and found the part was updated to a newer style, but low and behold, Brian was able to replace the part without any problems, and in record time ! Thank you Townsend Propane for having an awesome technician for over 20 years representing you !
