Lee did a great job. He explained everything called when it took longer than expected to find the replacement part and checked everything before leaving.

Service men were excellent and explained everything. Only problem was when they drilled a test hole in the exhaust pipe to take some readings. They did not block it up so that when the furnace is running you can smell the exhaust out of that hole. Would highly recommend that they not leave it that way in the future.

Brian did a great job with the maintenance of my furnace. He also discovered a valve (pressure reducer valve,I believe) that appeared to be stuck and he restored it back to proper operation. He also tested the water in the storage tank and it appeared to be in good condition. Brian's demeanor was great and answered all of my questions in a manner that enabled me to understand what was important. Please schedule him again....

Installed new AC-Oil furnace control. Power venter is now shutting off after 1-1/2 minutes when heating cycle ends.
