I initially called Townsend to report my furnace was not working. The lady told me that the service department or dispatcher would call me. I waited about an hour and talked to Mr. Jonathan James on the phone. Jonathan was extremely helpful and courteous and contacted the service department at Townsend. He narrowed down the time the service department will contact me. It will be between 12 - 4 pm instead all day. Thank you, Jonathan
Beth was extremely helpful today. We had a misunderstanding about the pricing, a mistake with an incorrect email address for our account, etc. and Beth was able to clarify the price model, get a contract in place while I was on the phone with her, and even scheduled a service technician to address our furnace needs. I am thankful for Beth's time today.
We lost our hot water tank on Sunday evening and by Tuesday evening we had the new one in place and working perfectly. The sales team was very quick in getting us a price, the service team got us scheduled, and the installation team was efficient thorough and left the place spotless.
