Thank you for your quick responsive service. Customer care followed up with a message I left about my propane tank being empty within minutes. He assured me he would have fuel delivered the following day, and he followed through. The service was timely and courteous— even better than pre-Covid days! Good customer service is difficult to come by, and I appreciate it when I rarely encounter it. A BIG thank you to the Townsend team.

Mike Mondalto was quick in his response and so friendly and helpful. When they came to put in my new boiler they were so great! I am so happy i called them!
