Furnace/AC/Thermostat Replacement

When my furnace quit in December, I called two service companies. Of the two, Townsend got it up and running. It had reached its end and needed to be replaced. I had three HVAC companies come out to give me an estimate. Townsend was the only company who measured each room and took into account all the windows before deciding what was needed in my space. Their estimate was on par (mid) with the other two. They were able to schedule me in quickly as it was winter and we were headed into a cold spell. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and clean. They took the time to answer my partner's questions. I had my thermostats installed a month or so later. There were minor issues in communicating with the furnace, but the technicians worked with me and came out several times until the problem was resolved. Since then, not a single issue, and my home heats beautifully. I haven't had the opportunity to run the AC yet, but I can only assume that it will run just as well. Thank you, Townsend!

On 2/9/2021, the delivery driver, Randy Paradise, went above and beyond to safely deliver home heating oil to my home. Given the recent snow storms, I didn’t have a chance to clear a path for Randy. However, when he arrived we quickly worked together to clear enough of a path and Randy very professionally worked with me to deliver the oil and I want him to know how much I appreciated his service.
