She actually listened to each and every issue i think there were 3 and then one by one she helped w each one ! i have waited far to long for answers in the past for answers and have had to call back to receive them .Stephanie took care of them apologizing even for having me hold while each was sorted out ! I so wish all companies had a Stephanie !

Very pleased with the work performance of the technicians. They remained on site until 11:30 and did not rush the job, no short cuts. They also made some recommendations on other items.

Mike was exceptional . He was here within 1/2 hour of my call. Fixed everything ,cleaned and removed trash and was very personable .They are my oil company because of the great service they provide .

I’m a long time Halle customer who had my first experience with Townsend today and it was outstanding! The technician called to give me a time window when he’s be doing the work. When I met the tech, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. His knowledge of the system was impressive and explained everything beforehand. By virtue of his thoroughness, he was able to troubleshoot and repair another component - impressive for a call started by me calling saying the boiler was leaking water. Based on how positive this interaction was, we will be using Townsend going forward.
