I spoke with Marie at Townsend Total Energy to discuss propane tank size and location options for our home that would best meet our needs. Additionally, we had a tank that needed service as its gauge was inoperative. Marie had Joe contact me to coordinate an onsite visit. Doug was then quick to arrive and assess my location and provide several options that would meet our needs. After careful consideration of these options and after speaking with Joe, it was decided that we would have Townsend add an additional tank and monitor system on our property. Steve was quick to install an additional tank, add a monitor system, perform safety checks and adjust pressures as needed. Everyone involved in the process were extremely helpful, courteous, technically proficient and an absolute pleasure to speak with. The process was quick and painless. We have been with Townsend Total Energy for 1-year now and we are very happy! Thank You!

Not sure the gentleman’s name who came this evening but he was great. Also, Brad who has been to my house is 10 times in the past 4 days is outstanding. Whatever you pay him you should double it - he’s the reason I am staying with Townsend. Hopefully this last fix actually works.
