Five star service from start to finish. Initial meeting with Mike was followed up with a quote in a timely fashion. Mike stayed with the installation crew throughout the complete install. Tony, Brian, and Rod (installation crew) were all professional and treated our house like it was their own. They have done three installations for me and all have been great. Job site was spotless when they left. Look forward to using the new systems all summer long!

I started with Borderline fuels when I bought my house in 2007.(It has recently changed to Townsend Energy)I have stayed with them because they have always been great!! Whether it be their easy payment plans, emergency service, and customer service. Their service guys are always so friendly and on time. I renew a budget plan every year and they make it so easy. If I have any questions I can stop by or call and they always take the time to explain everything or help with whatever I need. Sarah is awesome, I always feel welcome, she’s very professional, and always willing to help. I would recommend Townsend Energy to anyone!! Thank you for making me feel like family, you guys are great!!

Bob is always extremely professional and is always like a detective and goes over and beyond trying to find out what the problem is ..I appreciate his time effort and knowledge..And I also appreciate the fact that I believe I am not getting charged for this visit that was under two weeks from the last one when I was afraid something was wrong and I appreciate that because even though the furnace was running I knew there was something not quite right with it
