Hi - Stephen L came to our home on 12/13/23 to complete the annual PM service on our furnace. My husband and I are so pleased with his attention to detail. Replaced the worn out gasket, changed filter, fixed the Whistle issue and completed a deep clean to the inside of the furnace along with all other service required. He increased our efficiency from 81% to 84%. We are so pleased that we decided to become a customer with Townsend in 2022. We are in great hands. I highly recommend them. I’m terrible at tracking bills in a timely manner why most is done through auto pay monthly. I received a surprising bill for an automatic payment plan I may have inadvertently agreed to without being aware. When I called into inquire I was greeted by the friendliest, most patient kind Angel guide I have ever met through the phone! She not only explained what happened but assured me she could and help but went well beyond just that…she guided me through the best options, took me under her wing and stayed on the phone with me till I received email confirmation and signed documents all in the same call!! I felt like I went from breathing in a breath of fresh air to feeling I had found a life coach/safety net when paying my bill. Now THAT employee should be training every single large service company across the world!!

Lee did a very professional job. He was very knowledgeable. He showed great attention to detail in rectifying some issues that I had with the installation of my oil burner. Thanks also to Brian Thayer who helped make sure all of my concerns were addressed properly.
