11/3/25 Cleaned all underground ductwork in preparation for trenchless spincast mortar. 11/4/25 Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork connections and elbows. Repaired register vents and furnace box with trenchless spincast mortar. 11/5/25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace boxes. 11/17/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace boxes.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete asbestos ducts with metal fittings that are rusting and deteriorated allowing white ducts to enter from outside the pipe. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining the system with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete ducts.
Performed a video inspection of a sewer from a crawl space. Sewer is 6" clay tile pipe and appears to be in good condition. Sewer has no cracks or major offsets and very mi or roots.
Televised sewer from overhead clean out. Gave customer a quote to line sewer to city main.
