Conducted a smoke test on the sewer system and identified two leaks. In the women's restroom, the middle toilet was leaking from the base. In the men's restroom, a leak was detected in the last stall. These issues indicate compromised seals or connections that need to be addressed to prevent further damage and maintain proper sanitation. Will proceed with necessary repairs to ensure both restrooms are fully operational and leak-free.
Inserted a 4” liner through the open hole extending upstream approximately 55 feet back into the building ending prior to the elbow for the stack. Reinstated four connections. Applied a 3 mil thick layer of epoxy to approximately 20’ of 4” cast iron pipe from cleanout in woman’s bathroom and from five toilet collars. (3 in womans and 2 in men’s)
Did a video inspection of 4” cast sewer from outside clean out near septic tank and inside clean out in women's bath, cast was split on top and sewer was backed up upon arrival. Send quote to line from open hole near tank to just short of stack 50’ also epoxy coat bathroom branch line and 5 toilet lines about 15’.
