We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to a heavily deteriorated metal coupling that is connecting the underground air duct pipes. This will give the coupling a strong concrete structure and dirt and debris will not be able to enter from this point. We are then going to apply our rubberized duct lining material to completely encapsulate the underground air ducts.
We are sealing the underground air duct system with our duct lining material for a customer who is selling their home.
Power rodded sewer from inside clean out approximately 80 ft to city main to clear a backup. Video inspection of sewer shows that sewer has roots growing in at different joints. Sewer should have a liner installed to seal the joints and prevent the roots from creating future backups
Cleaned the underground duct work and applied our duct armor product to encapsulate the transite pipe.
Did a video inspection of the underground duct work finding the builder used cardboard ducts with metal connectors and elbows to construct the underground duct work they showed signs of deterioration and even a collapse in one of the lines restricting air flow.
We cleaned the underground duct work with our hepa filter vacuum system, and encapsulated the transite pipe under the concrete slab leaving a clean and environmentally safe HVAC system.
Televised underground transite air ducts to encapsulate and renew with Duct Armor.
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are transite asbestos. Ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor to encapsulate the ducts.
