I was glad I used Trenchless Innovations over others in the area as they were the only ones who offered cement casting of the metal ducting in my slab to increase its structural integrity and it turned out great.

1-2-24 Descaled approximately 50' of 4" cast iron pipe from a 4" floor cleanout located near the bathroom entrance downstream to just before connection to main line. Vacuumed loose scale out of the lines and got measurements for sewer lining tomorrow. 1-3-24 Inserted a 4” liner through the floor clean-out near the f wing extending approximately 50' downstream ending in the drop just before the connection to the main line. Reinstated 3 connections with robotic cutter.
Televised sewer line from pulled toilet in boys bathroom. Retrieved a grabber head and two coat hooks from sewer line.
Descaled approximately 90’ of 4” cast iron pipe from first cleanout in room 153 downstream to where the pipe connects to the main line going out of the building. Hydro jetted loose scale out of the line and vacuumed loose scale out of the line.
11/14/24 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Televised and located existing sewer lines from multiple locations throughout the building to identify condition of pipe. Estimate for Descaling Provided.
Working for a client in Bolingbrook today. Client has concrete ducts under the slab floor, which have metal fittings,. They are blocked at a tee where a plumbing fix was done. This blockage is stopping air from reaching the back of the house. To fix the problem, the floor will need to be broken up and the blockage removed. A televised duct inspection showed exactly where the blockage is, so we can remove it without causing extra damage.
We completed the second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box, enhancing HVAC efficiency and longevity. This protective coating seals leaks, prevents moisture infiltration, and improves insulation. Our thorough process covers every inch of underground ducting and the furnace enclosure, ensuring maximum protection against corrosion and energy loss. By reinforcing your HVAC system with duct armor, we've increased its durability, reduced maintenance needs, and optimized overall performance. Expect improved air quality, consistent temperatures, and lower energy bills thanks to this professional duct sealing and protection service.
Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box and register vents.
Televised and cleaned all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork. Repaired and rebuilt furnace box and all register vents with mortar as well .
Televised sewer from two different clean outs and will provide a quote for cleaning and descaling.
Conducted duct inspection using RIDGID SeeSnake microReel camera system. Identified severe rust and deterioration in galvanized under-slab ducts. Recommended two-step restoration process: 1) Spin-cast mortaring using Quikrete Commercial Grade FastSet Repair Mortar to rebuild structural integrity. 2) Application of Duct Armor elastomeric duct lining material using Graco Ultra Max II 595 PC Pro sprayer. This comprehensive approach will restore duct function, prevent air leakage, and significantly extend system lifespan without costly slab demolition.
Inspected ducts under the slab floor using a camera, identifying severely rusted metal ducts. Recommended the application of spin cast mortaring to rehabilitate the duct surfaces. Followed this by spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to ensure a durable, corrosion-resistant seal. This process will restore the structural integrity of the ducts and enhance their longevity and performance.
I recently completed a job where I adjusted downspouts and added gutters and downspouts to the customer's garage to resolve a water issue. I have updated the proposal and will resend it to the customer.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. Work needs to be done on outside of house to control water issues. After that the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
