Televised ducts under slab floor. DuCT’s are concrete with metal fitting. Will provide a proposal for spray lining to encapsulate the concrete ducts.
Under slab ductwork video inspection service visit. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete transite ducts with metal fitting and connections that are rusted and need to be spin cast mortared. After that ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor to encapsulate sewer contaminated ducts.

Hydrojetting service call. Performed descaling service as well. 12-6-2023: descaled 20’ of 4” cast sewer from outside clean out, jetted line clear upstream and to city main, installed 5’ spot repair liner from 4” outside clean out about 20-25’ upstream over area just downstream of 45 elbow where heavy roots were growing into sewer pipe.
Ductwork video camera inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal ducts and are very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring ducts then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Slab leak repair service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts had a few inches of water throughout the system but the water was more clear than a normal sink break. Ran water in the sink and it dit appear to raise the level of the water and had movement while the camera was in the ducts. Televised the sewer from the outside clean out and saw the cast is scaled. Will provide a quote for lining or epoxy coating the cast iron and also for spray lining the ducts. The kitchen sink drain will need to be repaired prior to our work.
Sewer line camera inspection service call. Televised sewer from floor drain, kitchen sink, laundry tub and outside clean out. Cast is scaled but there do not appear to be major breaks. There is and area near the main bathrooms that have roots growing into pipe. There does not appear to have any areas that would cause water or moisture to appear on the floor. Also televised several under slab ducts and they are all dry with no water and no water in the plenum. Suggest opening wall behind laundry tub to see if water is coming from that area above ground.
Sewer inspection service call. Televised sewer from outside clean out. Heavy roots in clay and between cast and clay. Provide proposal for lining clay between pvc and cast.

We are precision cleaning a clay sewer downstream about 45’ to city main heavy roots in some areas, also descaling 4” cast about 25’ upstream heavy scale build up holding paper and water, hydro jetting all loose scale and doing a video inspection of the sewer before and after.
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts.
