Televised and located existing sewer lines from multiple locations throughout the building to identify condition of pipe. Estimate for Descaling Provided.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. There is a blockage in the tee where a plumbing repair was made blocking the airflow to the back of the house. Floor will need to be broken up and blockage removed.

Conducted duct inspection using RIDGID SeeSnake microReel camera system. Identified severe rust and deterioration in galvanized under-slab ducts. Recommended two-step restoration process: 1) Spin-cast mortaring using Quikrete Commercial Grade FastSet Repair Mortar to rebuild structural integrity. 2) Application of Duct Armor elastomeric duct lining material using Graco Ultra Max II 595 PC Pro sprayer. This comprehensive approach will restore duct function, prevent air leakage, and significantly extend system lifespan without costly slab demolition.
Inspected ducts under the slab floor using a camera, identifying severely rusted metal ducts. Recommended the application of spin cast mortaring to rehabilitate the duct surfaces. Followed this by spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to ensure a durable, corrosion-resistant seal.
