Televised ducts under slab portion of house. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings and connections that are extremely rusted and deteriorated. There was standing water in the system at the time of inspection. Suggest replacing gutters and reconfiguring the downspout to the front of the house to reduce the water accumulating next to house. After water is addressed the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material
