Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. They did not leave my house with any leaks in my drain pipe or debris all over. Thank you Trenchless Innovations!!!

We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

Trenchless Innovations was very professional and price was very competitive. The field guys were very clean and professional. This work was done in a hospital which we have to meet very high standards of cleanliness as well of Infectious Control requirements. Most defiantly going to use Trenchless Innovations on future projects.

Trenchless Innovations repaired a 50+ year old clay sewer pipe under our condo building in Lincoln Park. We had been experiencing multiple issues (e.g. odor, leakage) that other repair services failed to resolve. Because Trenchless Innovations specializes in this service, they bid the job at ~33% less than other general sewer repair companies and achieved flawless results. Couldn't be happier!
I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trenchless Innovations. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who asked!
Televised roof drain trough from one side of roof to other side of roof. Do not see any holes or major separations in the trough but there is a seam and some signs of rust. Suggest spray epoxy coating trough to seal it from possible leaking.
Televised sewer from overhead stack in basement approximately 102ft to city main. Saw area just at cast to clay connection and first clay joint that could be leaking water. Suggest installing a 9ft patch in cast and clay pipe to seal off joints.
Lined 78' of 6" pipe from catch basin to city main. Used robotic cutter to reinstate 3 connections on line.
Televised sewer from catch basin on side of house. Located a partially closed gate valve in the basement that it is suggested to be removed. There is cracking both upstream and downstream of gate valve. Once gate valve is removed it is suggested that sewer should be lined to prevent further cracking.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized ducts and are very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 45ft to city main and then 30 ft back into house. There is a location at 26ft where the tole on the bottom is broken and pushed up but still in place. Suggest installing a patch liner over that area. The rest of the sewer looks in good condition.
Televised sewer from both verhead in basement and from clean out on side of house. Do not see any cracks or major offsets where water might be leaking out. Will provide a proposal for lining 35ft from clean out outside to get past house.
Cleaned heavy roots in preparation for lining, Installed 9’ spot repair liner starting at 6”pvc just upstream of clean out in front yard ending 9’ upstream of clean out in 6” clay, reinstated 4” tie in from downspout
Televised sewer from catch basin in backyard. Lateral line for toilet downstairs was holding paper. Pulled toilet and cleared blockage. Sewer looks in good condition. No need to break up floor like was told to him. Suggest changing flappers in toilets to Korky flappers or changing toilets to gerber avalanche.
Televised sewer from outside clean out back into building. There is a spot about 2ft upstream of clean out that looks like bottom is cracked and roots are growing in. Provide a proposal to install a 9ft spot repair and reinstate one connection.
12-29-2022: did a video inspection of the roof drain line from 3” stack clean out behind access panel in wall, 4” elbow and 4’ of 4” cast pipe completely full of roofing tar used mini miller and special drill heads/chains to remove tar, did a video inspection to city main line was clear.
Televised ducts above ground in different bedrooms on 2nd level. No breaks or separations found.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal ducts and are showing sighs of rust and calcification. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material
Removed rock from pipe then applied first application of Duct Armor to all ducts and registers.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. There is a rock in the pipe blocking the camera from getting all the way to the supply in the utility closet. Rock will need to be removed then spray line the duct with Duct Armor duct lining material.
