Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. We lined a 35-foot section of a 6-inch cast iron roof drain from the roof to just past the third 90-degree elbow to the vertical drop. The project included epoxy coating the roof drain top to seal it into the liner and further epoxy coating the third 90-degree elbow, extending 2 feet into the vertical drop. This ensures a durable, leak-free connection and enhanced longevity of the drainage system. For expert roof drain repairs, trust our professional services.
We televised the sewer from the outside cleanout and found heavy root intrusion both entering the house and extending towards the main line. To address this, we will provide a proposal for lining the sewer pipes, which will effectively block the roots and prevent future infiltration. This solution ensures a durable and root-free sewer system.
I was called to a home with a water issue in the crawl space. The ducts were covered in water and needed to be cleaned and repaired. I also suggested installing a trough drain in the back patios to reduce standing water. After the water issue was resolved, I installed spin-cast mortar and spray-lined the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc coated metal ducts. There was standing water in the ducts from a recent rain event. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Tvd sewer from catch basin, looked for entrance point for rats minor separations and gaps on sanitary, bigger hole on kitchen line and filled with debris/mud/rock needs to be jetted and tvd could not get past debris in line. Don’t suspect rats are entering from sewer. Found possible entrance point behind furnace and lots of rat droppings between house window and double window/wall inside.
Televised sewer from outside clean out. Provide proposal for lining upstream to cover area where there is a break and possibly downstream too.
5-20-2024: Cleaned, televised, and measured sewer in preparation for lining. 6-24-2024: lined sewer from 6” outside clean out 32’ to city main, installed 5’x6” spot repair at main to cover roots at last joint before main, installed 6x6x6 tee liner at hammer tap clean out. Installed 2’ spot repair from flood control to 6” clean out.
Installed a 4-6” patch at the cast to clay connection downstream from outside cleanout. Inserted a 4” liner approximately 10’ downstream from open hole and overlapped the 4-6” patch. Repiped open hole with 4” pvc. Packed the pipe with 3/4” stone.
Provided an estimate for sewer line patches. Conducted a thorough inspection using a sewer camera to identify damaged sections. Recommended trenchless repair techniques for minimal disruption. Suggested using epoxy resin patches to seal cracks and leaks effectively. Discussed the benefits of durable and long-lasting repairs. Outlined the steps involved, including cleaning the pipes, applying the patches, and curing the resin. Explained the anticipated timeline and potential challenges. The estimate ensures a comprehensive understanding of the required sewer repairs.
Provided an estimate to reline approximately 25 linear feet of existing ductwork from a main catch basin using Pipelining Products' structural PVC lining system. The process involves thoroughly cleaning and preparing the surface, then inverting a resin-saturated PVC liner into the ductwork using air pressure. Once cured, the seamless liner effectively seals any cracks or breaches, restoring structural integrity while preventing future air leaks or insulation debris contamination. This no-dig trenchless solution minimizes disruption and is considerably more cost-effective than full duct replacement. Expected material and labor costs were detailed for client review and approval.
Televised from outside clean out in front of house 35 ft to city main and all is clear. Televised into house and there was a blockage at 8 ft. Rodded sewer with a 4” cutter blade and cleared blockage. Televised back to catch basin approximately 65 ft. There are two broken areas closer to the catch basin that are not causing a backup. There is an area at approximately 6-9 ft upstream of the clean out where there is a break in the pipe. Suspect this area is where there is drain tile. Will suggest Bill’s plumbing to dig and repair.
Tvd roof drain 63’ to possible clean out in chipotle wall between restaurant area and office. Quote to line 63’ if clean out is found, or 35’ from open pipe in ceiling 15’ upstream to Jolson head and 20’ downstream just past 90 degree elbow at the vertical drop.
Televised sewer from flood control back upstream to catch basin. Slight area with back pitch where paper was holding. Other than tht w=sewer looks in good condition
Tvd from outside 4” clean in sidewalk, bottom of pipe missing, paper blockage upon arrival at wye where toilets tie in, bottom of pipe missing on upstream side of wye from toilets. Possible clean out in freezer covered over with epoxy/concrete.
