Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. They did not leave my house with any leaks in my drain pipe or debris all over. Thank you Trenchless Innovations!!!

We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

Trenchless Innovations was very professional and price was very competitive. The field guys were very clean and professional. This work was done in a hospital which we have to meet very high standards of cleanliness as well of Infectious Control requirements. Trenchless Innovations repaired a 50+ year old clay sewer pipe under our condo building in Lincoln Park. We had been experiencing multiple issues (e.g. odor, leakage) that other repair services failed to resolve. Because Trenchless Innovations specializes in this service, they bid the job at ~33% less than other general sewer repair companies and achieved flawless results. Couldn't be happier!

I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trenchless Innovations. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who asked!

Televised sewer from outside. Clean out to city main. Sewer has roots at many join ts and also at tee connection. For hammer tap clean out. Suggest installing liner from clean out to main then installing a tee liner in cleanout to cover area at clean out where roots are.
Televised sewer from catch basin back into house. Sewer has a belly through one part and a hole in. Bottom in another. Will provide quote to line sewer from catch basin
Provide estimate for lining 20ft of sewer from overhead
Sanded 55’ of epoxy coating from previous company in preparation for new epoxy coating, applied x3 applications of new epoxy coating to achieve 3mil thickness from clean out on stack/roof drain on floor 21 down 55’ where previous company coated covering all previous epoxy with new 3mil epoxy coating.
Televised sewer from catch basin on north side of the house. Identified two areas with holes in the sewer where we suggest installing spot repairs over to eliminate possible problems due to these holes.
Resprayed all of the underground duct work with duct armor.
In Chicago today, I responded to a service request for a residential pipe repair. During the inspection, I identified the need for a targeted pipe lining solution 41 feet downstream from the basement cleanout, where a section of the pipe was missing. To address this issue, I installed a 5-foot by 6-inch spot repair liner. Additionally, I provided the homeowner with a detailed estimate for fully replacing the pipe segment running beneath the home.
I just finished a sewer lining project at a residence in Chicago, IL. The existing pipe had suffered significant corrosion and structural damage, likely due to years of chemical buildup and root intrusion. By trenchless pipe relining, I was able to restore the integrity of the sewer system without extensive excavation.
I just completed a thorough air duct cleaning in Chicago, IL. Extensive dust and debris removal from the ductwork has significantly improved airflow and indoor air quality for the homeowner. I just completed a sewer line camera inspection at a residence in Chicago, IL. The inspection revealed a blockage caused by flushed non-degradable materials. To address the issue, I utilized hydro-jetting to clear the obstruction, which has now restored smooth sewage flow. Monitoring and maintaining sewer systems is crucial to ensure optimal functionality.
Televised sewer from clean out on north side of house but could not get past 45 ft. Rodded 90ft to city main. Televised again and got out to city main but see where this line is toying into main run from other side of house. Televised from downspout line and could only get 15ft. Tried rodding and cable would not get past 15ft. There appears to be a break there on the south side of house.
4-3-2024: Descaled cast line from clean out next to toilet in women’s bathroom, hydro jetted line from outside manhole 100’ to clean out by toilet, line was clear, applied x2 applications of epoxy coating to 55’ of 4” cast from clean out by toilet to elevation change. 4-4-2024: tvd line and applied final coat of epoxy coating to 55’ of 4” cast from clean out near toilet to elevation change *** all toilets are power assist toilets that flush very little water which does not allow the paper and waste to flow out of pipe properly. May need to replace toilets to Gerber Avalanche toilets which allow for more water to be flushed to carry paper and waste through pipe properly. ***
Under the slab floor, ducts were televised, revealing standing water in the larger PVC ducts with metal fittings. If downspouts and regrading fail to resolve the water issue, recommend considering installation of a pit and pump system. Subsequently, apply Duct Armor duct lining material to spray line the ducts for optimal performance.
Televised sewer from outside clean outs both to main and back to house. Sewer has heavy roots in both directions. Will provide quote for lining sewer to prevent further root growth.
Travel days for install 3/23-28 or 4/10 - 20. Televised ducts under slab floor Ducts are metal in one section and are cardboard in another section. Provide proposal for spray lining. Customer needs to open holes in two places.
