Trenchless Innovations was very professional and price was very competitive. The field guys were very clean and professional. This work was done in a hospital which we have to meet very high standards of cleanliness as well of Infectious Control requirements. Most defiantly going to use Trenchless Innovations on future projects.

Trenchless Innovations repaired a 50+ year old clay sewer pipe under our condo building in Lincoln Park. We had been experiencing multiple issues (e.g. odor, leakage) that other repair services failed to resolve. Because Trenchless Innovations specializes in this service, they bid the job at ~33% less than other general sewer repair companies and achieved flawless results. Couldn't be happier!
I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trenchless Innovations. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who asked!
We are cleaning all the underground duct work which is spiral wound metal duct that is coated with pvc and is rusting away, we are applying our trenchless cast mortar to all the underground duct work to give the weak rusted metal a nice solid structure again all in preparation for lining the underground duct system with our rubberized duct lining material.
We are cleaning all the tree root growth out of the old clay (6”) sewer and installing a 76’ sewer liner, starting the liner inside house just after elbow at base of sewer stack and ending liner just before the city main, the liner will keep the old cracked clay pipes from collapsing and also keep tree roots out of the sewer causing frequent and unexpected sewer backups.
We are lining a heavily cracked sewer line 38’ downstream and ending just before the main. The sewer line will now have a new PVC like material inserted in it and the cracks will be smooth.
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all underground asbestos transite air ducts.
We are applying the first application of our rubberized Duct Armor material to all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts. The air ducts will be completely sealed and the air in the home will be safe to breathe.
Inspecting a 6" cast iron kitchen line that is running in between the 12th and 13th floor of a high rise building. The cast iron pipe is leaking due to deterioration of the cast iron. We will propose to line approximately 80 ft from an open area on the 12th floor. We will use an internal cutter in order to reinstate the lateral connections that tie into this run.
At water tower place in Chicago IL. Walking around with chief building engineer to look at sanitary sewer lines for lining. Working with plumbers to repair these deteriorated lines with little to no disruption to tenants in the building.
Did a video inspection of the sewer line to check for any issues or problems
Televised above ground ducts to find a closed damper not allowing air to the 2nd floor. Opened ceiling and then opened damper to restore airflow.
Encapsulated all of the heavily rusted underground air ducts with our duct lining material. The air in the home is environmentally safe for the homeowner to breathe.
Cleaned all of the heavily rusted metal ductwork and applied Trenchless cast to give the air ducts structure.
Televised sewer to give customer estimate to line 55 feet of 6 inch clay tile sewer.
Televised sewer from pulled toilet for smell coming into basement. There was no backup nor breaks in the line and could not see any obvious areas where smell could be coming from. There is one area with a slightly separated joint but could not say definitively that this is the area. Basement is unfinished and there is going to be reconstruction done. It is suggested that the sewer be dug and replaced to the main line that leads out to the city. This line all looked good.
Did video inspection of sewer line.
Encapsulated all underground transite air ducts with our duct lining material. The air throughout the home is environmentally safe to breathe.
