Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. They did not leave my house with any leaks in my drain pipe or debris all over. Thank you Trenchless Innovations!!!

We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. Applied the second application of duct armor to all underground duct work. Sealed off 6 areas where the air ducts were opened for access with metal and hydraulic cement.
I recently performed an air duct repair in a Chicago home. The ducts were leaking air due to worn-out seals. I used aluminum foil tape and a high-quality mastic sealant to reseal the joints and connections. This repair restored the ductwork's integrity, improving the system’s efficiency and ensuring even airflow throughout the home.
In Chicago, I completed a trenchless sewer repair using a pipe relining method. The original sewer pipe was cracked and leaking. I cleaned the pipe with a hydro-jetter, then inserted a resin-saturated liner and cured it with hot water. This process created a durable, seamless pipe within the old one, restoring the sewer line without excavation.
I conducted an air duct inspection and discovered several areas of insulation that had deteriorated. I removed the old insulation and installed new fiberglass duct wrap. The service improved the duct system's thermal efficiency, reducing heat loss and improving energy savings.
I performed a thorough air duct cleaning service in a home with excessive dust buildup. I used a Rotobrush system to agitate and remove debris from the ducts. Afterward, I applied an antimicrobial treatment to inhibit mold growth. The service significantly improved indoor air quality and system efficiency.
I repaired a damaged air duct that was crushed and restricting airflow in a customer's home. I replaced the damaged section with new flexible ducting and secured it with duct clamps. The repair enhanced the system's performance, ensuring consistent air distribution throughout the home.
I completed an air duct repair in a residential home. The ducts were leaking air due to loose connections. I used foil tape and mastic sealant to secure the joints and prevent further leaks. The repair improved the overall efficiency of the HVAC system and restored proper airflow to all rooms.

Performed comprehensive duct cleaning on 2800 sq ft home. Used Rotobrush aiR+ system with HEPA filtration. Cleaned all supply and return vents, brushed main trunk lines and branch ducts. Sanitized system with EnviroCON fogger. Sealed leaky joints with Mastic sealant. Replaced torn flex ducts with R-8 insulated ducts. Improved system efficiency by 18%.
Completed trenchless sewer line repair using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. Inspected 6-inch clay pipe with RIDGID SeeSnake camera, revealing root intrusion and cracks. Cleaned line with US Jetting 4018 hydro jetter. Installed 75 feet of Perma-Liner Industries felt liner impregnated with epoxy resin. Cured using Perma-Liner steam cure system. Final camera inspection confirmed successful installation.
Repaired damaged flexible ductwork in attic space. Removed torn R-6 insulated flex duct. Installed new Thermaflex M-KC R-8 flex duct, securing with Malco HC1 tensioning tool and nylon zip ties. Sealed connections using Hardcast DT tape. Insulated metal plenum with Johns Manville fiberglass duct wrap. Tested airflow using Testo 417 anemometer, confirming improved distribution.
Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork on right side of house .
8-9-24 Applied first coat of duct armor on bedroom side of house.
Lined 6” sewer line from catch basin in backyard downstream approximately 75’ ending past hole in clay tile before city main. Reinstated 6 connections. (2 stacks, 2 downspouts, 1 drain tile, 1 cleanout)
