Trenchless Innovations repaired a 50+ year old clay sewer pipe under our condo building in Lincoln Park. We had been experiencing multiple issues (e.g. odor, leakage) that other repair services failed to resolve. Because Trenchless Innovations specializes in this service, they bid the job at ~33% less than other general sewer repair companies and achieved flawless results. Couldn't be happier!
I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trenchless Innovations. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who asked!
Televised above ground ducts to find a closed damper not allowing air to the 2nd floor. Opened ceiling and then opened damper to restore airflow.
Encapsulated all of the heavily rusted underground air ducts with our duct lining material. The air in the home is environmentally safe for the homeowner to breathe.
Cleaned all of the heavily rusted metal ductwork and applied Trenchless cast to give the air ducts structure.
Televised sewer to give customer estimate to line 55 feet of 6 inch clay tile sewer.
Televised sewer from pulled toilet for smell coming into basement. There was no backup nor breaks in the line and could not see any obvious areas where smell could be coming from. There is one area with a slightly separated joint but could not say definitively that this is the area. Basement is unfinished and there is going to be reconstruction done. It is suggested that the sewer be dug and replaced to the main line that leads out to the city. This line all looked good.
Did video inspection of sewer line.
Encapsulated all underground transite air ducts with our duct lining material. The air throughout the home is environmentally safe to breathe.
Video inspected underground air ducts under the slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal connections that are rusting allowing dirt and debris to enter the system. Suggest spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to seal off the leaking joints.
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are extremely rusted. Due to the configuration of the system it should be turned overhead.
Encapsulated old brick chase with our duct lining product, brick chase was used as duct work to feed upstairs bedroom.
Video inspected underground air ducts. Customer says they are getting a lot of sand blowing out of registers. Ducts are metal and bare extremely rusted and deteriorating. Suggest spin cast mortaring a new concrete pipe inside the old pipe to restore structure and then spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material afterwards.
Televised ducts in row house. Duct to second floor is in a brick chase, quoted to encapsulate brick chase.
Cleaned and repaired heavily rusted underground air ducts with our Trenchless cast to give the ducts a strong structure.
Video inspection of sewer for six unit condo building. Sewer line had been backing up and had to be rodded and cleaned. Suggest lining sewer to prevent roots from growing back in the future.
We lined a sewer from a catch basin in back of the building about 80’ under the building sealing the clay tile joints that were leaking causing a sewer odor in the lower units.
