We are cleaning all the underground duct work and applying 2 applications of our duct lining material to all underground duct work for the Village of Thornton the Library and Village Hall which share the same building and similar duct work conditions.
We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the heavily deteriorated underground metal duct work. This will give the air ducts a strong concrete structure. We are then going to apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to the entire system. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.
We are applying the second application of Duct Armor material to all of the deteriorated underground air ducts. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dust and debris will no longer blow out of the air vents.

At customers home to inspect slab duct work. There is standing water in the heat vent and a moldy smell coming from the vents. After running a camera through the ducts we found the ducts are severely deteriorated. We also inspected the exterior of the house to look at repairs needed to move water away from the foundation.
Inspected above ground ducts for excessive dust in the house. Suggest homeowner have the ducts cleaned. If problem persists then Trenchless Innovations can seal the ducts from within.
Cleaned the underground duct work of all dirt and debris, then we applied our duct armor product to encapsulate the transite pipe that contained asbestos leaving a nice sealed and environmentally friendly system underground.
