I completed a second application of Duct Armor to a large underground duct system. The first application provided a good base layer, but the second coat ensured complete coverage. I also sealed off the six access points used for cleaning and inspection, using metal plates and hydraulic cement to guarantee an airtight finish. This restored the system’s efficiency and extended its lifespan.

I relined a 40-foot sewer line using a trenchless method with an epoxy-coated liner. After cleaning the pipe with a high-pressure jetter, I inserted and expanded the epoxy-coated liner. Once cured, it created a seamless, durable inner lining that restored the sewer’s functionality without digging. This method effectively extended the life of the pipe and prevented future issues.

I was referred to Reid for a sewer line issue and was tasked with rodding the sewer from a pulled toilet. After removing the toilet, I inserted a heavy-duty auger into the sewer line to clear the blockage. I ran the auger multiple times to ensure the line was completely cleared. Afterward, I reinstalled the toilet, checked for leaks, and confirmed that the sewer line was functioning properly without further obstruction.

Utilized a sewer televising system from the internal cleanout on the stack for inspection. Root obstruction limited exploration to 157 ft. Notably, the cast iron exhibits significant channeling and lacks bottom portions in specific sections. Recommendation entails opening the basement floor to enhance accessibility, followed by descaling of the cast iron and subsequent lining from basement to main sewer line.

We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the heavily deteriorated underground metal duct work. This will give the air ducts a strong concrete structure. We are then going to apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to the entire system. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.

At customers home to inspect slab duct work. There is standing water in the heat vent and a moldy smell coming from the vents. After running a camera through the ducts we found the ducts are severely deteriorated. We also inspected the exterior of the house to look at repairs needed to move water away from the foundation.
