We are lining an old clay tile sewer line 60’ out from a catch basin to the city main. The sewer line had a lot of roots and now roots will no longer grow in the sewer line.
Televised sewer from inside clean out approximately 76 ft to city main. Sewer has slight roots from 50 ft out. Suggest installing a liner through the catch basin in basement to just before city main
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts have standing water in them and so does the plenum under the furnace. Inspection of the outside of the house shows that the gutters are leaking and the downspouts need to be extended away from the house to reduce the amount of water accumulating next to house. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
