Great service

The guys did a great job. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They took care to make sure my floors and furniture were protected as needed. The girls in the office were also great about discussing the process and answering questions. A pleasure to work with!

Performed video inspection of the under-slab transite concrete ductwork serving the home's HVAC system. Utilized a remote camera to thoroughly inspect the interior conditions of the 12"x18" main trunk line and branch duct runs with metal fittings. Identified areas of duct settling leading to cracks and separations at joints over time. Based on the inspection findings, will provide a proposal to rehabilitate the existing ductwork using an EPA-approved spray-applied sealant to encapsulate any exposed concrete materials. This spray lining process forms a new seamless interior surface, preventing future air leaks or hazards from the aging transite ducts while eliminating the need for full replacement.

Employed a sewer televising system starting from the internal cleanout on the stack for inspection. Roots hindered exploration, allowing examination up to 63 ft only. Notably, significant channeling is evident in the cast iron, with specific sections lacking bottom portions. The recommendation involves opening the basement floor to enhance accessibility, followed by descaling of the cast iron and lining from the basement to the main sewer line.

We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the heavily rusted underground air ducts. This process will give the weak air ducts a strong concrete structure. We will then encapsulate the air ducts with our rubberized duct lining material.

We are applying the first application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted galvanized metal underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and sand and debris will no longer enter the system.

We are cleaning all the underground duct work and applying our trenchless cast mortar to all the underground duct work to give the weak rusted metal a nice solid structure in preparation for sealing/ lining the underground duct system with our duct lining product.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized Duct Armor material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work. The air ducts are completely sealed and will keep dust and debris from blowing out of the air vents. The duct lining material is antimicrobial so there will be no mold growth on the air ducts in the future.

We are installing a section of drain tile under a slab section of the home, installing the tile lower than the duct work to catch the water table as it rises before it can reach the duct work, piping it over to a sump pit so the pump can pump it out and away from the home.
