Televised ducts under floor water n the second story condo unit. There is slight debris being pulled into the pipe through some of the joints more so in the living room area. Suggest spray lining ducts with Carlisle rs-100 to seal the joints.
We are lining a section of 4” cast iron pipe that has a split on top of pipe, we were able to line through the open stack 30’ of pipe under a concrete floor in factory/ shop area.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration. Suggest spin cast mortar of entire system and then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material. Customer needs to have association extend all downspouts in the back of the units to reduce the ground water under the house.
We cleaned all the underground duct work and used our trenchless cast to restructure all the rusted metal in preparation for sealing the ducts with our duct lining product.
Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement. Sewer is 4" cast iron and has cracks near the cleanout that are leaking water back through foundation wall. The bottom of the pipe is missing further out causing paper blockages due to stones in line. Suggest lining from cleanout to an open hole in the garage.
