Televised sewer from outside clean out in front yard both downstream and upstream. 12ft downstream from cleanout there appears to be a whole house trap. There are a couple cracks downstream of the trap. Also televised from inside clean out in basement. There are heavy roots in the clay before it gets to the clean out outside. Will provide a proposal for lining from both inside from catch basin and from clean out.

2-18-2025: Televised sewer from 3” pvc stack clean out in basement to city main, all 4” cast to main (main runs between customer and neighbors house to left of house). Heavy roots used mini miller to clear root blockage. 45’ x 4” cast with 2 reinstates. Has newer interior drain tile, tvd all window well drains to bottom/ original drain tile all filled with debris at bottom. New drain tile does not tie directly into new pit, pit is perforated with holes drilled in pit. Plumber would need to re-do 3” pvc to 4” pvc near stack clean out and leave missions to remove 4” section to install liner from open pipe with new 4” pvc leaded in at floor/cast hub. ***CREDIT BACK $895 for tv and cleaning off lining proposal***
