Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts re cardboard in the original part of house and spiral wound metal in addition. Provide proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard with metal fitting in the original part of the house and them spiral wound metal in the addition. The balancing run from the furnace to the kitchen area is blocked and could possibly need to be dug if they want to keep that and if the blockage cannot be removed. There is also an area under the sink area that is the same.
We are lining a 4” cast iron sewer line from an overhead cleanout 30’ out to the city main.
Televised sewer from inside clean out on stack. Cast iron in house is heavily scaled but we do not se any holes or breaks in the pipe. The clay tile is broken on the bottom at the drop to the city main sewer but it does not appear to be causing any problems at this time. There are light roots and a few light cracks on the sewer in the clay tile as we come back towards the house. Suggest installing an outside clean out in order to have a way to rescale the cast iron pipe and flush the scale out to the city main. One the cleanout is installed the pipe could be lined for the crack or roots but the location at the city main would need to be excavated.
We are sealing an air handler that would not hold pressure due to the perforated metal walls and seams that were leaking we are applying two applications of our duct lining product to seal the leaky walls
Sealed a 10’x10’x38’ air handler that would not pass the inspection because it could not hold pressure.
Lined a 4” copper pipe that was heavily channeled out on the bottom 40’ from rod out station to rod out station. No need to dig!
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are metal and extremely rusted. Suggest Trenchless Casting to spin cast a new concrete pipe inside the old pipe then spray lining the new pipe with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
