8-22-25 Cleaned and measured sewer line. Insert a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out on the left side of the house extending approximately 59 feet downstream ending in the PVC pipe prior to the clean out on the right side of the house in the front yard. Reinstate kitchen connection at 15’. Old downspout connection at 33’ that we won’t cut in. It is run above ground. Bring pan and tilt camera to verify possible wye connection at 35’. Insert a 6”x 5 ft patch liner through the existing clean out in the front yard and position it to cover over an area approximately 40ft downstream where another liner fell short of landing in the PVC riser from the main sewer. 8-29-2025: lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out on left side of house in sidewalk 60’ downstream starting liner in 6” pvc near clean out and ending in 6” pvc near clean out in front of house. Reinstated 6” tee where kitchen overhead stack ties in. Installed 6”x5’ spot repair liner from clean out in front of house downstream
Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 60ft to city main. There is a section of pvc that was repaired previously that has settled and dropped. Rodded the clay portion to remove roots downstream and also Rodded back upstream into cast iron to remove roots. Will provide an updated proposal for lining downstream to city main and also upstream into cast iron. Other plumbing company will make repair on shifted pvc prior to the lining.
Televised sewer from outside clean out in front lawn. Sewer has a hole in the street a few feet before the city main. Was unable to get the camera passed with either a guide on or off. Suggest digging that area in the street. Trenchless will then provide a proposal for lining the remainder after the repair is made.
Televised sewer from outside clean out. Sewer is clay tile going downstream with a 4ft spot repair. There are signs of root growth in joints. Upstream in cast iron there is a location at approximately 15 ft that appears to be broken and slightly holding paper. Suggest Bills plumbing make a repair at that location then tv line further upstream to ensure it is good. Will send a proposal for lining clay from clean out to main.
Televised sewer from outside clean outs. Sewer on left side of house has roots and offsets and then connects to sewer on right side of house. Will provide proposal to line from left side of house to just before the clean out on the right side of the house.
Service call to provide new estimate for work. 5-5-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from manhole in street at curb (direct tie to manhole) 50’ upstream ending just past wye connection from clean out on side of house ending in 6” clay before 4” cast. X2 reinstates 4” and 6” tie in from clean out on side of house. 5-23-2025: lined sewer from manhole upstream 55’ ending after wye connection from house just before 4” cast, reinstated connection from house. ***recommend bills plumbing dig up tee connection where old downspout and sewer from back of house tie in near ac unit to eliminate tee where heavy roots are growing from old downspout and make it into a turn instead of a tee since downspout no longer ties in, about 2’ deep also took video from clean out on side of house in case future lining is needed 75’ downstream to wye we reinstated today,
