Pool plumbing service call. Televised all pool lines as much as possible. Found one supply line on the south west side of the pool has cracks right before entering the pool. Will provide a quote for epoxy spraying that area.

under slab leak detection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possible transite. There was sighs of water in the ducts on the left side of house. Grading needs to be done on that side of house along with a swale to hopefully redirect water. If water still persists a sump pit may be necessary.

We are cleaning all of the heavily rusted underground duct work. We are then going to apply our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the deteriorated underground duct work to give them a strong structure. Once the air ducts have a strong concrete structure, we will apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material. The air duct system will then be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal ducts that are extremely rusted and deteriorated. There was no water at time of televisi g but it appears it is entering in the plenum area the traveling g through the system from there. Suggest installing a sump pump in the garage to control the water level. After that the du cts should be spin cast mortared and the spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Installed a spot repair liner on the sewer from an outside clean out to seal a bad glue fitting that had roots growing into the pipe which kept causing the sewer line to back up.

Video inspection of a sewer line for a customer who is experiencing frequent back ups. Found roots growing in on the upstream side of the outside cleaned out. Propose to install a short line or to seal off the roots.

Video inspection of a sewer from an outside clean out. The 4” cast iron has a slight separation on the top of the pipe just upstream of the clean out. The problem is not urgent but should be taken care of in the future. Trenchless Innovations suggests installing a small spot line between the house and the clean out.

We looked at some above ground duct work for a home owner who bought a house from a heavy smoker, they had gone through major work to get rid of smoke odor, prime/painted entire house, replaced carpets and flooring, even had duct work cleaned, and still the odor remained! We spray lined the entire air duct system supply/return lines to encapsulate duct work to eliminate smoke odor in HVAC system, so now the air flows through new sealed system.
