5-20-2024: cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining. Bring LR3 with 6” x 5’ for patch at main line into patch. Also 4”x5’ to patch through foundation wall after shooting from 4” outside clean out to 6” outside clean out. 6-17-2024: installed 6” spot repair liner at city main, lined sewer from 6” clean out 46’ to city main starting liner in 6” pvc near clean out and ending liner in patch at city main. Also lined from 4” pvc clean out near house 15’ to 6” pvc clean out in yard, installed 5’x4” spot repair liner upstream of 4” pvc clean out through foundation wall ending 4’ into crawl space where cast is visible.
5/1- cleaned and measured for lining. 5-5-24 Lined 6” sewer from outside cleanout approximately 40’ downstream starting in pvc and ending in clay tile prior to city main.
Provide estimate to install spot repair liner (10') @ city main; line from 6" PVC outside clean-out downstream overlapping spot repair; and from 6" PVC outside clean-out upstream 15ft ending in 4" cast in crawl space.
After conducting a comprehensive sewer inspection using a specialized camera system, I identified deteriorating sections in the sewer line from the exterior cleanout to the main connection. I proposed a quote for trenchless sewer lining, covering the approximately 60-foot distance. This method involves inserting a resin-saturated liner into the existing pipe, curing it in place to create a new, seamless inner pipe, reinforcing structural integrity and preventing further damage.
Ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts in slab portion of house, Ducts are showing signs of rust. Provide proposal for possible spin cast and spray lining of ducts for radon issues.
10-26-2022: Installed 9’ x 6” spot repair liner (starting liner at manhole and lining upstream to cover cracks at elbow/ drop into manhole ending in good 6” clay 9’ upstream of manhole), also installed a 4’ x 6” spot repair liner to cover area that had heavy roots at 66’ downstream from clean out (starting liner at 64’ and ending liner at 68’).
We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts.
