We performed a televised inspection (TVD) of the sewer line from the floor cleanout in the starter unit, covering 90 feet up to the tee/turn in the last unit before the septic tank. All connections and tie-ins from the units were verified. Additionally, we TVD from the floor cleanout in the last unit for 20 feet to the septic tank. Upon arrival, we found lots of paper and waste in the line and flushed it clean. We discovered some units have power-assist toilets that don't flush enough water to carry paper and waste through the 4” cast line. We highly recommend replacing these with Gerber Avalanche toilets, which allow more water to be flushed, ensuring proper waste removal.
